But we are always especially impressed by the great staff, that is always available to help you with any needs you may have, and go the extra mile to make your stay meet your expectations (which is especially impressive considering the big number of great employees we had chance to be interacting with...
"Um dos hotéis mais incríveis em que fiquei. Quartos ótimos com uma vista única sobre o Douro.
Tenho apenas a salientar a falta de limpeza da piscina. Pelas 12h a piscina ainda not inja sido limpa e tinha vários insetos. Também de realçar falta de manutenção na casa de banho com as portas e rodapés ligeiramente descascados o que não traduz a qualidade geral do hotel."

Café da manhã ótimo, lugar silencioso e super acolhedor. Parecia que tínhamos o hotel só pra gente, piscina vazia e um clima adorável. Nao tem estacionamento, mas na rua do hotel tem um supermercado onde tem convênio com o hotel e podemos colocar lá sem taxa alguma. Voltarei com certeza! "
