There is a kitchen area in the room for self catering. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Of particular mention is Asmita on reception. Nothing was too much trouble. She seemed to have a difficult client on the phone but handled it well. My room was close to reception. There wasn't noise during the...

"The location is great and not far from the harbor. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool due to bad weather during our stay. The only drawback we found was the bed could use a new mattress. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the harbor. "

"Great hotel in a very good location, close to ferry and bus terminals. With lots of great restaurants close by We were disappointed to find out the spa and indoor pool were an extra expense and across the road. Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs,which were incredibly runny,very granular in texture and i suspect not made from fresh eggs. Great system of digital key pad for room entry means you never risk losing your key. We would recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly "
