"Place was better than expected would stay here everytime I come to Florence"

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. "The staff at Maxim Hotel gave us a wonderful welcome. Check in was easy and fast, everyone was very friendly, the location is excellent, and the hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Unfortunately, our experience changed on the second night when the hotel lost power. There was a complete blackout that appeared to affect only a few businesses on the block. "Incredibly beautiful property located in one of the best locations all of the great things to say are 2 to 10 minute walk at most. The building has a great Italian old architecture, but beautifully done interiors. The room I stayed in had its own steam room, its own sauna and a Jacuzzi and a living room. The staff went out of their way to assist me because I did not have a digital copy of some of the things I needed for check-in."
