The staff were incredible, doing whatever they could to meet your needs. The rooms were clean, bathroom was lovely, balcony was large and with a wonderful sea view, and the bed was very comfortable. All rooms with fans and air conditioning. The restaurant was just starting to open for lunch when we were there, and is now open for dinner although we left just before this happened. We had a lovely day Good Life ego Lodge. This is a small boutique hotel in a quiet area of Cap Malhereux. It is within two minutes walk of the red roof church Notre-Dame Auxiliatrice. We use the buses to travel along the north coast and visited all the beautiful beaches. The bus stop is only a few minutes away. The rooms are quite compact, but it was big enough for us. 3rd year here in 1 bed apartment for month of March. Furniture is dated but entirely functional and everything you need is provided... fans, aircon, towels, fridge, microwave, kettle, gas rings, filtered water plus sufficient cooking utensils. Bedding changed every 3/4 days and cleaning by maids efficient. Accommodation is simple and basic in a good location for those on a budget. I look forward to returning again.

The hotel itself is worth visiting Maurice for. I had the best hotel experience in my life at Ocean V. The hotel staff are so very nice and so attentive. Their service is better than the one of a 5 stars hotel. Everyone is there to make your stay memorable. They are very client-centric. They can arrange any tours or activities on the island for you. The rooms are very spacious and very neat. The hotel is new. So everything is in pristine conditions. The hotel has a 24h guard and security....

Lovely stay. Lots to do. Enjoyed paddle everyday. Lots of drinks available on the all inclusive package. Not loads to do on the island itself though. Hotel was lovely, staff were great, food was really nice. Taba J was soo good, i went everyday!! Would stay again. It was only a short trip of 4 days.

My family and I spent 12 nights here in April 2016 and from the moment we arrived to when we sadly had to leave I knew I had made a great choice to spend a memorable holiday. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in rooms 204 and 207, both were first floor rooms and they were very comfortable and spacious adopting a modern open plan layout. Go for a sea view room, the others didn't have much of a view. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful from the manager to the groundsman. Clean and well appointed self-catering facilities. Really need a car as not much around locally. The best place to eat locally is Kiosque Magique abut half way along the beach, unfortunately it's only open during the day not in the evening.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Perfect for a romantic or relaxed break. Food is excellent - both buffet and a la carte restaurants. Plenty of water sports to do (free of charge) or tours to other areas of the island.

The reception staff and bar staff in particular were excellent. Very friendly people who remembered faces and drinks extremely well. The cleaner was very nice and never rushed us out so she could clean the rooms. Overall an excellent experience

In this price bracket it doesn’t get better than places like this. the gardens are beautiful, the pool large enough and very clean, the staff are quick to respond and very charming and the rooms are fun/ quirky! i recommend any room with a balcony. really fabulous place.

Toparadis is great stay - doesn’t break the bank. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are all lovely and are always there to help and the food is good. Very short walk over the road to a beautiful beach. Some restaurants are 300/400m down the road. Recommended.
