"This place was beautiful! It had A/C so the room was nice and cold despite it being very hot outside. The bathroom was beautiful and clean (the purple lighting was a fun feature) The bed was incredibly comfortable and they even offer early check in (for a small fee) which was great as I did an overnight flight into London. The staff were great and it was in a great location just next to the metro which was about 35-40 minutes from the center of London!"

"Cleaning staff appear to be a bit hit and miss these days - soap bottle left at sink open and empty as if it was going to be refilled but was forgotten about. No loo roll in the communal loo. Rooms are very hot in summer without aircon."

Air conditioning perfect in the hot weather and price in line with the standard provided. Worth a visit and stay"

The boutique style accommidations made the common spaces such as the lobby lounge, working, outdoor patio and dining areas, a visual delight. The rooms were compact yet very functional.
