"The room definitely needs renovations; the furniture looked old, and the bathroom was particularly disappointing, with signs of mold and stains on the sink. Daily cleaning was underwhelming, although the room service was excellent. The reception staff’s attitude left much to be desired.
Be cautious at checkout: we were charged for minibar items we did not consume—two bottles of water totaling R$24—even though we were certain we didn’t touch anything. The receptionist insisted, and while we didn’t argue, it was frustrating. Checkout itself also takes a long time.
Location wise: if you want a quieter, sauter and cleaner neighborhood, it is good but it is far from all the tourist attractions.
Overall, the hotel does not meet typical 4-star standards.
