"The staff is always amazing at this hotel. I can't say enough great things about the place."

"It was very clean and quaint. Breakfast was awesome! They were doing some construction in the pool area so it was noisy but they offered a late (very late) check out in exchange which was very nice of them. We would definitely stay again! Great Bakery within 100 steps also. "

"Poor breakfast, bad acces parking, worst location near bus station "

"The staff here was excellent. It is located in the busier part of the city center. we've stayed at other places in the center that are more quiet. But overall this was an excellent experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Really good Place Comfortable and luxury friendly staff beach very easy to access…"

"The stay at the hotel was nothing short than amazing! Great place me and my wife hope to return!"

"Love the property and the friendliness of staff. I wish I got the pool facing room which I thought I reserved but stay turned out well. "

"Very comfortable stay with some minor issues which were promptly resolved by the management. Cafeteria lady made fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast. Short walk from the bus terminal is a huge plus. You can easily walk to the historical city center as well where a number of restaurants are located. Customer service is excellent. I would book without hesitation again if I am in Paraty."
