"Its a terrible booking...i book fir this property through hotel.com but then the property saud theh never receive zny reservation or confirmation, we even show confirmation znd receit of payment. But theh deny it and blaned online booking. They never refjnd my money thag i booked for 2 nights so please nevef ever book on this hotel or any booking online on this property, they jusf scam me. I paid for nothing. I tried to call the customer service they saud they gonna help me. But i called 6x but...

"Owner was very accomodating, has good wifi, has cooked food, and store also has beer liquor etc. The room toilet got clogged up but good thing there was a toilet room outside. The aircon was old and dripped during the wee hours of the morning."

After driving 7 hours we get there and could not find the place as there was no street name or unit number. We called the phone number twice and no one answered. Google maps car led us to another resort,not San Juan Apartments. A kind man at a Tourist information kiosk said that there were many San Juan Apartments in Urbiztondo and we needed a unit number and street...
