"My family have been here before and will always reserve an accommodation in case we visit Bacolod again. It's not very expensive and if you're after for basic amenities such as airconditioned rooms and wi-fi, this is a place for you. We feel safe being here. All the staff are very courteous and feels like family. "

"Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay."

"We weren't expecting much from a budget hotel, but on this occassion, RedDoorz failed to meet even our basic expectations. The main issue was that we booked a room with a king-sized bed, but when we got there, the room was not available. So my wife and I were downgraded to a smaller room with two twin-sized beds.
"Why were we able to book that room online if it wasn't available?" I asked the single staff on premises. He shrugged in response.
"Can we at least be given a refund?"
