"We weren't happy with our accommodation at first but after we expressed our disappointment to the Manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. Throughout our stay, his service and the staff has been very accommodating. The environment of the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious too. "We were extremely pleased with our stay at Pura Sanda Villa. We were a party of five adults (mostly women) and two young kids and we stayed for 4 nights. "A great place to stay while traveling to Dambulla for the Sigirya hikes or cave temples. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend getting a massage at the spa. This was one of our favorite massage experience as the staff is very experienced and caring in their session."

"Great hotel in a beautiful location. We only stayed one night, but could have stayed longer. The pools looked fantastic and well cleaned. We had an excellent meal, and then played pool on the table next to the bar! The hotel is trying hard to be eco, and we had a very interesting bathroom surrounded by plants in the shower, and an open air roof - covered by mesh to stop anything nasty getting in! We watched a fantastic sunset whilst drinking cocktails. Very memorable. Staff were lovely."
