"The hotel was amazing. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded to a suite which was unbelieveable. The bed was really comfortable and everywhere was very clean and smelt lovely. The breakfast was lovely. Loads of choice of meats and cheeses and pastries. If you want cereal or yogurt or toast it's all available. Do not go expecting a full english as you will be disappointed. "Location is good.The suite I had was large and well appointed. The best rain shower I have experienced and I travel a lot. The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was large and well appointed. The only minor point was the buffet is self serve which is normal but not the coffee (which was excellent). If you try to pour yourself a cup of coffee you get reprimanded .There is no sign saying that only staff can serve coffee and there should be. I stayed at the hotel for 17 days and everything was consistently excellent."

"*HONEST REVIEW* My wife and I stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been more impressed. Firstly, the staff were the most amazing hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in all of my global travels. The front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff, and cleaning staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. It made it feel like we were staying with family and belonged at the hotel. The roof top bar and pool were top notch with cabanas with beds to lounge on while you were delivered your cocktails. The food at the rooftop bar and main restaurant were 5/5. Very very good. What we didn’t realize with the buffet breakfast is that you can order specialty coffees and breakfast off the menu. Take advantage because it’s amazing! One of the nights they rolled out the restaurant piano outside so that the whole of the outside portion of the restaurant good listen to the piano concert. Great entertainment. I would rate the hotel 4.9/5 as the only thing that wasn’t to expectation was the rooms. They were fine and the bathroom was very nice, but I would say they were more along the lines of a 3-3.5 star hotel. The laminate flooring was separating in a lot of places and should be redone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to be back!"
