"Their computers were down. Made everyone wait to check in and still wasn’t ready after an hour and a half later. People backed up trying to check in. Was ridiculous. Some staff not even helping. Just sitting."

"Property is beautiful but needs some maintenance in areas, for instance bathroom floor had grout missing or coming up between the tiles. Sitting area couches are not comfortable. Check in Staff was very good. The Brasseria restaurant was average, food not as expected. Overall, average although would expect better for the cost you pay."

"Everything about the hotel was great including the food. The reason I gave it 3 stars? I was issued a parking “violation” ticket! No indication that I could see regarding having to pay for the less than one hour I parked despite having spent a LOT of $$ for a one night stay AND another stay coming up. I do hope my appeal with be successful!!!"

"Lee- Anne, Anjuli and Nisha made the entire four day stay truly memorable. They offered incredible service and were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location, just out of the way of Old Town but close enough to all the sights by bus (right outside the hotel). We especially enjoyed the dinner menu as it catered perfectly to vegetarians with a great selection of vegan meals as well. Our room had a lovely view and we had a wonderful experience."
