"Wasn’t the fanciest place I’ve ever stayed in, but I’ve stayed in much, much worse. Bed was clean, AC worked great (I like to sleep in a meat locker), shower was hot, and so was the coffee. What more do you need?"

"AC worked very well, room was small but enough space to work with for a few days. Shower was nice and hot, room service came by a couple times to replace towels and trash. I’d book again. "

"You don't want this nightmare. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, and mean. The rest of the staff is no better either unfortunately. You will be thrown out for asking about or for anything if the manger or staff doesn't like you. I overheard the staff talking about horrible about the guests while waiting for the elevator. Was told to leave for asking for corporate phone number and then was humiliated while the staff and manager stood by making rude comments towards me and my family. All while telling me to get my things out my room in 30 minutes as they stood and laughed. When I asked about a refund for the week I paid for, I was told too bad. I did what was asked and had all my things outside the room within the time frame I was gave just to then be told I could stay for the time I paid for just don't speak to any of the staff or else. This is no way to treat anyone. Especially after I just went through a house fire and is why I'm staying at your hotel while I seek another home for myself and my 8 yr old son. There was 1 person that treated guests the way they should be treated. He worked nights and was always polite and smiling. He was the only male front desk at night and the rest of the staff should take lessons on how customers service is done. Other than him, you will do everything thing possible to not cross paths with the staff. If you don't believe me, stay there for a week and ask for the corporate phone number and see what happens"

"Location was good and room was good. We got locked out of our room late at night and had to wait about 30 minutes for the night staff to make new room keys. There was no soap in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose "

"When we got to our room, we noticed that most of the outlets on the walls did not work. We had to switch the plugs for two of the lamps so they would actually turn on. The only outlets in the bedroom we found that worked were the outlets in the bedside lamps. BOTH bedside and desk phones did not work. Bedside phone rang, beeped a few times and disconnected. The desk phone in the living space didnt work. We later found out that the neither of them were connected to the right port. The fire alarm in our room went off for a solid minute. No one was cooking or smoking, so we were a wreck trying to figure out what was happening. (That's how we found out the phones didn't work. I can't imagine if it was an actual emergency.) People at the desk were passive aggressive and dismissive. After we brought our concerns to them about the phones and smoke detectors, they just said they'd call maintenance and brushed us off. They don't have actual privacy curtains that close on the second floor. They have a sheer curtain, and that's it. Privacy (from the shower, to the bedroom & living space) didn't feel like and option for our room. We had an upstairs neighbor who stomped around during quiet hours that woke us up multiple times. We let it go the first night, but the second night was worse. I called the front desk and all that was said was they tried calling before from other people complaining and could try to call again. Nothing changed. To their credit, the room was clean."

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I especially found the breakfast to be fantastic with high quality food and lots of options. We are planning to stay there in the future when traveling. "
