"Pros: location is excellent. Very walkable to Parque Kenny, shopping, and many restaurants. The building is quiet. Cons: The check-in process was very poor. After traveling for over 16 hours, we were met by a clueless front desk person who said he had no idea who we were or what we were doing there. It turns out that all the apartments in this building are managed by different owners and we were supposed to have received check-in instructions from Wynwood prior to our arrival but never did. We chose it because I wanted to take my boyfriend for dinner on his birthday at the nearby restaurant at the Huaca Pucllana pyramid (excellent food and views). The rooms were quiet, and the staff made sure we had a packed breakfast ready to take when our Peru Hop bus picked us up early in the morning. We were happy we chose this hotel."
