"This was great location, close to many stores, restaurants etc. The hotel is older, but rooms are clean. We had a problem with our bathroom sink not draining and the showered not working, and the management on duty had the problem fixed within a few hours. Overall, a very nice stay."

I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on."

"This is 10/10 property. Hidden gem near baseball parks. Longer stays make this the perfect location with the insuite amenities. Full kitchen, larger bathrooms and room style options make this spot great for bigger families when traveling/ Breakfast options we excellent, staff were amazingly helpful and housekeeping was touching down in rooms with out having to be called (happens so rare these days) will be back for future trips for sure!"

"Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...

"Hotel was well maintained with fun things to do inside the hotel. Great location on Mass Ave with plenty of restaurants. The hallways were very uniquely decorated and the rooms were very nice. My only complaint would be the bed/pillows were not the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel; still an overall positive experience!"

"I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. "This property is immaculately clean. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not up to expectations and the property needs to be remodeled. However, the overall cleanliness and friendliness of the staff makes this an easy hotel to recommend. As budget hotels go- this one is a winner."
