Need to be cleaned, stair carpet were very dirty, not vacuumed , stained, worn.. entrance from parking lot was never locked, cardkey reader was missing. Breakfast consisted of bread, bagels, could cereal, pop tarts. No milk. No hot food.

The first room was dirty with fake nails and the shower glass was dirty and had white residue. The second room that i was transfer to had bed bugs and were bitting me. Reported and took pictures they were supposed to refund me the money, but were supposed to talk to expedia about the refund. Its been a month and have not seen anything.

bed was comfortable, bathroom sink hot faucet was broken off, lobby had very worn furniture. Hallways were freezing. Breakfast lacked a lot only sweet cereal, no protein. No wonder we were the only ones there. Doubtful we will stay there again.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Roaches, bed bugs, and black mold. I am forever traumatized! I did not stay my full stay! I yet to receive my refund. I have videos and pictures to prove how disgusting the room was and hotel.

We ended up leaving immediately after checking in, the facilities were absolutely filthy, it took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, smelled of marijuana. Elevator and pool were broken, floors were literally black from filth, stunk, trash in lobby bathroom, smell was awful. We were traveling with children and immediately felt unsafe. Facilities were run down and falling apart. DO NOT Stay here. I will say on a positive note the staff tried to be accommodating and did process our refund with kindness.

Bathroom was not great shower/tub cracked. Found a cockroach and lacking baseboards. No in room coffee maker ad no additional bedding as in blanket’s.

Nasty & Disgusting - DO NOT STAY HERE

The elevator wasn't working and I had to climb stairs with luggage with a bad knee (scheduled for surgery). No signs in the lobby indicating the elevator is out of order nor was this told to me at check-in. The breakfast was nasty, cold coffee, a jug of sunny D and a gallon of milk in the fridge, pop-tarts, cereal was stale. I did not and would not eat there. The room had roaches, my son killed a huge roach in the bathroom. I was going to try and tough it out until I saw a roach on my bed crawling near my pillow. At that time, I gathered my things and left the facility immediately . I told the guy working Sunday night 10-12-25, that I was unable to stay there due to the uncleanliest and the roaches, especially in the bed. He told me he would handle this and would refund my money. I am still waiting on a call from the manager and a refund to my account for six (6) days that I was not able to stay there. It was disgusting. I'm going to contact the board of health as this place needs to be shut down.

Our room was dark no phone to contact customer service. Our toilet clogged everyday which no one came to clean. There were roaches that came in from behind the lights. The blankets had cigarette burns

The overhead lights were black with gunk. The room smelled musty. There were multiple flies/bugs in the room, some already dead, some crawling. Our room was on the first floor and the window had a bar to prop it closed, making me question the integrity of the lock. The outer doors of the building were supposed to have locks, but there were none. The room DID NOT have a mini fridge or coffee/tea maker, even though they were mentioned as amenities each room had. The included 'breakfast" was some bagels and a gallon of milk, as well as some communal tubs/containers of things in a fridge. The ONLY positive I can give is that after the first night, I went to the front desk and asked to cancel the second night and refund it, and the gentleman was helpful, and I was able to get the refund for the canceled night.

Property was poorly maintained, holes in the plaster, no toilet paper holder, what looked like either moth holes or cigarette burns in the comforters, lights were on poorly timed motion sensors, there was an old connecting door between our room and the room next door that was poorly sealed with tape and a lock, and the towel rail by the sink came unattached from its fixture. Overall, convenient location for what we were in town to do, but the room itself was lackluster and dirty. The carpet was gritty, and there were odd smells coming from the microwave and refrigerator units. Also, the lobby women's restroom was out of order the entire duration of our stay. More fruit options than underripe bananas would be good for the breakfast available.

Dirty and unkept outside the hotel & inside was maybe the worst I’ve seen. The smell in the hotel forced us out. Floors and carpets were visually dirty and not vacuumed . No soaps or shampoo was provided until I asked the front desk. Breakfast was a joke, with community cream cheese blocks and jars of peanut butter and jellies. Had to leave and find a new hotel, only good I can say was the bed seemed clean and AC was good after it was turned on. Room felt like 120 degrees when we first entered

At Least It's Affordable

Entire hotel is dirty and likely hasn't been taken care of over the last dozen years. Cracks in the ceiling, stained carpets, and a musty, moldy smell are all prevalent in the hotel. It's cheap and in a good location, and the staff were friendly. But that's about all the positives.
