Room and hotel were nice. Few things that were lacking: breakfast items that should have been hot were cold, no decaf coffee available, no shampoo in our bathroom, no bar of soap in the bathroom, and there were no instructions given as to how to use the parking garage exit strategy. Front desk staff were professional, apologetic and immediately gave us room supplies.

The hotel was well maintained. There was always cleaning staff around. I also loved that you had to use your room key to make the elevators go up. It was a nice added security knowing no one was on your floor that didn’t belong there. Their breakfast was really good too. My favorite was how crispy their bacon was, without being burnt. The only thing that I didn’t like, was the price for parking. I realize it is downtown but my goodness. I honestly think if you have to charge 10 - 20 dollars a day is plenty. You share the garage with a couple of other hotels, so finding a parking spot is hard to find sometimes for the price you charge.
