Hallways felt like walking in a furnace. Pool area was a bit gross. We had our room switched 3 times. Once was because front desk (only nice worker there was) was nice enough the first day to move when I realized I booked wrong room but 2nd room the refrigerator was incredibly loud, 3rd room the AC didnt work. The fourth room wasnt much better with the AC, stayed 72 in our room most of the trip. When I called the Front Desk for the AC, the lady was incredibly rude when I called at 4am because the room wouldnt cool. She said thats the way it is and if I wanted to do anything about it, it would be an hour before she could find us a suitably room. Charging for parking is fine IF it was convenient but it wasnt. The parking behind hotel was full and we had to park in garage which was a walk. Outside traffic caused room to be insanely noisy making it difficult for our 1 year old to sleep and we were on top floor. Area wasnt the safest.
