The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptional. They really made the stay. We had the sweetest lady check us in and then help us find Santa when he showed up at a restaurant across the street on Saturday morning. We spent some time in the lobby on Saturday playing games, and all the staff were super friendly. The lobby itself is very cold, especially by the breakfast nook. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The area is nice and has a lot of things to do. Civic Park is right across the street and had some festive activities in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Rooms have a lot of thoughtful touches including lots of plugs, place for your suitcase and lots of places to hang things. Free Breakfast was better than most hotels. Staff was always present and quick to help. Overlooks a strip mall, so nothing much to look at, but convenient and safe location.
