"The hotel and staff were great but housekeeping doesn’t come daily. If you’re staying there for 7 days they will come day 5, which was an inconvenience for me. I had to request for a broom to sweep my own floor with all the sand from the beach. Issa is a bartender there YOU MUST see! She’s absolutely amazing!!"

"Check out is at 11am, so I request ONE hour to go direct to the airport and they can't, in MOST of the hotels the standard C/O is 12m. Clean but not well kept. The attention is the worse part, I strongly recommend to teach about how care the guests."

Upon our arrival, we found that our television was not working correctly and requested someone fix it so that we could watch television on the rare occasions that we were in the room.
