"Great location"

"Nice hostel"

"Excellent place to stay."

"Our stay at Neem Haveli was great, this heritage hotel is a fantastic spot in Old Delhi offering a chance to stay in a thoughtfully renovated and preserved piece of history. Don't be daunted by the walk from the main road, it's busy but short and on our arrival the team arranged for a rickshaw to pick us up. Inside Neem the activity and noise stops and the space offers a calm and relaxing vibe. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and it kept so much of the building's history and...

"Excellent service and wonderful hospitality!!! Love their care and attention to detail. 24 hours room service (always with a smile). Could see some monkey from my window :-) Always good karma. Namaste 🙏, Ana"

"Great location - great food - bit of a building site "

"A very good mid-market hotel with a great location near Connaught Place Shopping Center and restaurants. The hotel is undergoing renovation so it’s difficult to accurately gauge the cleanliness and dust factor. The staff were always helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large enough. Great shower. Closets could use replacing."

"Staff were great but the room was not clean. Bed sheet had stains, toilet not clean enough. Food was good."

"Good location "

"Spotless rooms, excellent service, and incredibly helpful staff. A truly pleasant stay — highly recommended!"

"Greta rooms and location. "

"카드키들이 오래되어 작동이 원활하지 않아 키변경만 몇번하느라 너무 힘들었습니다. 체크인부터 말한 화장실티슈는 3박하는동안 결국 받지못했고, 타올변경은 매번 눈쌀을 찌푸렸습니다. 주변지역이 올드델리의 무슬림 지역이라 매우 위험하고 더러운 동네라 조심해야합니다. The card keys were too old to operate, so I had to change the key several times and it was so hard. The toilet tissue from the check-in was not received during the 3-night stay, and the towel change frowned each time. Be careful because the surrounding area is a very dangerous and dirty neighborhood because it is a Muslim area in Old Delhi. You...

"They said they did not have my booking noted in their system and turn me away. The staff don't speak English, I had to call the manager who basically told me to leave even after showing them the booking confirmation from Hotels.com "

"it is not really hotel broadway as shown in picture. Its actual name is hotel blu stone"

"the staff was really terrible and rude, the room which was shown online was completely different than given to us, very small, dirty, no basic amenities including bath/hand towel, soap etc, worst room of all i had been to so far. I won't recommend this property at all to anyone. "

"Except for location, this hotel has nothing to really feel good about. Bathroom is shaken. Mattress is poor, dtaff are ignorant and practically its a noisy hotel by their own people running arpund. I was deeply disappointed. Robably would never go back. "

"First of all, this place is nothing like the pictures shown online, so please don’t get fooled by them. The hotel is located on the main road in Laxmi Nagar, and the rooms are on the third floor with no lift, so you have to climb the stairs to reach it. When I arrived, the receptionist asked if I could shift to another one of their hotels nearby. I agreed, but that place also didn’t have a lift and was still under construction. The room itself was okay-ish, but there was constant noise from...

"Awful. AVOID! We arrived after booking and paying online to the reception wanting more payment due to the room we booked now being occupied... After a lengthy dispute we agreed as we had just areived after a long slewper ride. We get to the room and its the most disgusting room i have ever been ever and ive travelled many places. Avoid at all costs! "
