"Property description indicates a restaurant on site. It was one of the reasons I chose the hotel since I would be arriving in the evening. The bar was very nice and comfortable, but only had a few sad looking take away items, but no actual food and definitely no restaurant. Bartender was as pleasant as possible after being asked by no less than four other patrons for a menu and needing to explain that they don’t prepare food. The closest “walkable “ restaurant was too far in the dark and the cold, windy rain. Opted for a random delivery. Would have been nice if the hotel had prepared him with a list of good local restaurants to recommend. It would be better if the hotel would update their description to indicate that they DO NOT have a restaurant. "

"Room looked worn needs a little updating. Bed was a little uncomfortable, wife annd I both had sore backs in the morning. An alarm that went off at 12.30am not impressed. The reason for the alarm, someone opened the bathroom door and let steam out, don’t think so, smoke detectors don’t go off with steam !!!"
