"I was very impressed by the courtesy of all the staff. One of the staff went out of her way to assist me. We needed a taxi and the front desk person handled it immediately. My only suggestion would be to have room fans available when needed."

"Great location! It was great to be 2 minutes from train station. Our quad room was large and well-appointed. Water was very hot, and bathroom was updated. The staff was excellent. Special shout out to Dylan and Rita: it was great to see their smiling faces for breakfast each morning. The pub was a nice place to spend downtime. The wifi was a bit wonky at times, but since we weren't there on a business trip, it didn't matter much. "
