"Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access. Everything else is ok except the drilling / carpentry noise and shouting from the parking or next door. Thank...

"Front desk was unattended when we arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in. Toilet was faulty, cistern did not refill after flushing, I had to refill the cistern with the kettle. My partner used the toilet in the foyer. Told front desk that night, they did nothing. When checking out the next day, I told the front desk, said someone will be in touch. Haven't heard a peep. Sent an email. Haven't heard a peep. Terrible customer service."

"Located in a great spot, very short walk to popular places. Staff helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy enough room. Good AC. Bedding looked clean but I did notice a slight smell on some part I couldn’t exactly find. Shared amenities were fine except the bathroom, which didn’t appear that clean and a shower floor combo that users should be careful on. Overall, its a good enough stay, a good price, and in a good spot "

"The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided like iron and board, hairdryer, coffee/, bottled water, soaps and lotions! Being able to have dinner was a huge plus, the food was good and the staff efficient and friendly! All in all it was a good stay. "

"This hotel locates in a very nice neighborhood, bus stop and supermarket just steps away. Walk to the ferry terminal enjoying fantastic views on the way. Staff are very friendly. Bars and restaurant on the ground floor. Only not very convenient is sharing bathroom. But we managed well with it."
