"The staff particulary the young lady from Hungary was super. The room was decent and very clean. As the name Basic says it is basic. I did not eat the Breakfast but it appeared to be typical European. SUPER location to the Christmas markets, shops and restaurants. I would stay here again anytime."

"We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17. Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant...

"Lovely garden room: spacious, very comfortable bed, well-appointed room with coffee, tea, dishes, etc., modern bathroom, nice desk, plenty of variable lighting around the space. Very friendly and useful service at the front desk. Great location not far from both the station and the main sights in Innsbruck. Excellent value. I would absolutely stay there again next time!"
