"View from the room was incredible! Great location for exploring Innsbruck in a day, very easy to walk around, close to many dining options and shopping. Room was very clean, staff were friendly, overall a great stay! We also utilized the secure luggage storage. However the privacy in the bathroom could be improved as it is fully glass walls and doors. "

"Wonderful hotel, 10 minutes walk along the river into town and the Nordkette Funicular station is just opposite the hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful my stay was perfect. Also there's a Spar supermarket next door for provisions. 100% recommend "

"La habitacion esta bien, el edificio bien ubicado, coincido con los demas en que el sistema de check in no es perfecto pero funciona, hay que hacer con tiempo el llenado de información de los huéspedes para tener los codigos de acceso antes de llegar. Me contestaron todo el tiempo aunque era domingo por la tarde y luego por la noche "
