"Had a lovely spa break. Our stay was kickstarted with a lovely welcome, made to feel like family and instantly given a glass of bubbles and shown to lunch. The photos don’t do the spa area justice, it is gorgeous! We spent a lovely afternoon using the saunas, pool and relaxation room. "This hotel went above and beyond. The staff waited after hours for my party to arrive and then called to ensure I was still coming. When I told them I wouldn't be there till 4am they surprised me and said they could make arrangements so I could still stay. The location is beautiful and I will be staying again soon."

"The rooms are rather old, but clean and comfortable. We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated.
