"This is a thoroughly delightful hotel. The rooms are spacious and updated, with large windows. The bathroom is beautifully equipped with a deluge shower and lovely marble tile. Bedding and towels are plush and new. The air conditioning functioned perfectly during a hot spell. The staff are kind and helpful. My only suggestion is that the minibar, where I stored my bottled water during my stay, is not turned up very high, so the water was cool rather than cold. A very small thing in a wonderful...

"Refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment for my icepacks. So took it to the reception to place it in their freezer. On the day of checkout found out that the icepacks were left in the refrigerator compartment and told me that they didn't have a freezer. No food, snacks or drinks were allowed to be taken to your room for a person with diabetes to snack on when their sugar gets low"

"I never had a chance to make it to the balcony. Breakfast was always good. The front desk attendants were exceptional and approachable. Walter, Ezekiel and Paul were real cool dudes 12/10 (emphasized) would be how I would grade them...I would recommend this property to my friends. "
