"Staff are excellent!! Kind and extremely helpful. Great location with cafés and restaurants one block away. I chose not to have breakfast here, as what I saw appeared extremely minimal. This boutique has a lot of antique pieces, so much so that I did not sit on the chairs in the room for fear of breaking them. The rooms are clean, and the bed is comfortable. I did need earplugs as the noise from the street at various hours of the night/morning woke me up."

"The breakfast has worsened since the previous times we stayed there, and in the bathrooms, the hot water comes out barely lukewarm, while in winter, a hot shower is needed. On Saturday, they changed the breakfast location without warning, and part of the food arrived late when we had already finished breakfast. Breakfast used to be one of the virtues of this hotel, and on this occasion, it was not."
