Einen Tag vor Kriegsbeginn flogen wir nach Hause, wir wünschen den Mitarbeitern alles Gute und hoffen,dass alle gesund bleiben. "

"Shabbat elevator was very slow. It should go to the top very fast, and than go down floor by floor. The breakfast was meager."

"The rooms were full of dust as there was construction on the same floor. The people was not helpful and even though and when you arrive your children may appear as infants and will charge you much more than you ever think and there is no way out as is already booked. Make sure you are all registered and with proper ages. Call before so there are no surprises"

"Der Vermieter hat mehrmals versucht meine Kreditkartendaten über WhatsApp zu bekommen - mit der Begründung, dass irgendwas mit expedia nicht geklappt hätte und ich doch die Unterkunft direkt bei ihm bezahlen soll, da expedia mir ja dann das bereits, an sie gezahlte Geld rücküberweisen würde... Die Wohnung war ausserdem nicht vorbereitet und hat den Eindruck gemacht als wär sie nicht oder nur sehr, sehr oberflächlich gereinigt worden. Hatten des Weiteren noch ein Problem mit Kakerlaken, die...

"I liked my room it was very small but I was only there to sleep. The staff is fabulous, the location terrific!! I took a bike almost every day so that was a definite perk. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommend."

"The staff was great, but the room was not maintained at all - the light in the bathroom was blinking, the blinds were torn, and a lot of light came into the eyes in the morning, and the bed was placed in front of the entrance door - which created a lot of light from outside. The breakfast is not good as at the other atlas hotels and in general - I wouldnt say this is a boutiq hotel, this is an ok hotel but not more than that and definatily not the same level as other atlas hotels I tried."

"I was already staying in the Hostel and extended my booking, in a capsule room the room was cleaned but I had stains on my pillow cases and had to ask for clean ones and a clean towel as there wasn't one in the room ! There is no breakfast option at this Hostel and you have to use the communal kitchen after purchasing your own food and drinks from the local shops. Also the bar is fully stocked but doesn't open until 3pm and sometimes it's very hard to find the bar staff to serve you as it's not...

Wonderful staff, nice lobby with coffee specialties all day, some cookies and sweets, water ... free bikes (with helmets), which are really great to ride. Bonus: a cozy backyard Perfect located Breakfast in a nearby restaurant was so so good! "
