"Los desayunos fueron muy decepcionantes. 2 de cada 3 veces los alimentos y bebidas más populares estaban totalmente agotados y se tardaban como 20 minutos en resurtirlos. Quisimos reservar en el restaurante para la noche del siguiente día y nos dijeron que iba a estar cerrado. Fuimos a cenar a otro lado y cuando regresamos si estaba abierto! Como muy buen punto a favor a mi esposa le trajeron un pastel por su cumpleaños durante el desayuno. Fue una agradable sorpresa."

"Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."

"Very conveniently located, especially being so close to the train station. Don’t let the smaller lobby and elevator scare you. The rooms are quite spacious, even by american standards. I had just stayed in a 4-star hotel in Germany before staying here and the rooms were much cleaner here."

"Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. I highly recommend this and would def go back"
