"This hotel was an amazing retreat during our month long city hopping trip. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, right next to laundry room, excellent breakfast, and even had a private balcony where we would sit each night and reflect on the day. Very close to train station and grocery store, plus our host gave us a handy map to use. "Very accessible to all areas and there is a bus near the hotel. The room was adequate with good housekeeping. The coffee machine was a welcome addition. The fridge was convenient to keep food cold. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is very accessible for both interlaken ost and interlaken west. The garden was lovely but was not able to fully used it as we were out all day on our stay. But a very nice area to chill and have a coffee or tea. "

"We booked the Queen Deluxe rooms on the 7th to 14th floor. Our jaws literally dropped as we entered and saw the incredible view of the Jungfrau from our balcony. It was breathe taking. The room was very spacious, recently updated, modern, and clean. We found the beds to be comfy. There’s no AC here, but a tower fan was provided and we stayed comfortable with that and leaving the sliding door open to catch the mountain breeze.
