"The hotel location in the middle of Interlaken makes the walks to either direction very short. The staff was really helpful to layout on a map the different options to make the most of the stay, enjoying the attractive spots and activities. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast with delicious options including coffee."

"We upgraded the room the second night to one of their renovated rooms. The in renovated room we booked we can’t recommend. If you can book a renovated room then we highly recommend. The difference between the rooms were night and day."

"Beautiful 3 days enjoying the amazing Interlaken area and this hotel is very well situated to do everything by walk and has easy access to East train. My vacation went noce and smooth. Breakfast was very nice. Will come back"

"Location was perfect - close to shops and grocery stores (to help cut the cost of very expensive dining out in Switzerland). Short walk to Interlaken West train station. Easy bus access. Breakfast was included and was VERY good - lots of variety and delicious! Beds/pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is older, and room was pretty basic - no bedside lamps (NOT a game changer), and no A/C, which we discovered is common in Switzerland. Temperatures were warm (high twenty's) during our stay, but we were given 2 floor fans which really helped to keep things comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend."
