"The hotel is quite old. Breakfast is limited with very little variety. The rooms get very hot and the air conditioning doesn't cool at all. The hotel is not very central to anything because most of the main attractions and excursions are in Interlaken Ost. The bathroom is so small you can't even move with the shower curtain behind you. Horrible and hot.
The staff is very kind, especially the Portuguese girl at reception.

"Me encantó la ubicación del hotel, en la calle principal cerca de la estación interlaken West. El personal super amable y además te dan una tarjeta para usar el transporte público gratis durante tu estancia. El desayuno está muy variado y muy buenas opciones. Sí regresaría sin duda."

"Chambre familiale bien conçue avec espace séparé enfants/parents, petit déjeuner copieux et excellent, coin cuisine pour réchauffer des plats appréciable, jardin très beau, personnel amical, bien situé. Seul regret, le coté impersonnel et robotique de devoir faire le checkout sur ordinateur, même en présence de réceptionniste le matin."

"OH MY!! WHAT AN AMAZING ROOM! We splurged for the balcony room and if you can do it you SHOULD. It was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in. Staff were outstanding and very professional. Bar tender was excellent. Would not have changed one thing about our stay!!"
