"The room I got was recently renovated but the shower door wouldn't stay closed and water constantly leaked whenever you would take a shower. The hot tub was colder than the pool was and you had to constantly go and ask staff to turn up the temperature. There was a convention going on and the staff constantly bothered the attendees trying to have fun even though they rarely bothered anyone. The in hotel cafe was fantastic and the staff there in the small food market area were always helpful and...

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Orlando. The room was very spacious with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate all of us.
A few highlights from our stay:
Evening Reception: Really enjoyed the complimentary two drinks during happy hour!
Breakfast: The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious items to start our day.
Service: The staff was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our entire visit.
We would definitely stay here...
