"Parking. Aerostay could pay for parking during the hotel reservation timeframe. For example if a guest reserved a room for one evening aerostay could validate the parking fee from check-in through checkout of the reservation. Many, many hotels and motels across America comp parking in public and private approved lots for guests. It is not difficult Aerostay. Biggest downfall to a motel or hotel to not provide parking. I guarantee guests would rather have free parking during their stay...

"Older hotel, but was very clean and staff was friendly. We checked in very late and they even offered us an extended check out time the next day for free. Would stay here again."

"The pool was great. Kids enjoyed swimming for hours. It was very busy and they ran out of pool towels by 9 PM. They did bring more in around 11 when the pool was closing. Several of the stalls in the womans bathrooms near the pool did not have toilet paper. The little store near the front desk only had drinks. We were told the vending machines had snacks like popcorn, however the vending machines we pretty much empty. Beds were comfortable, but rooms were definitely aged."

"Place is being remodeled, but they tried putting me in a room that was not yet finished... then switched me to a room that already had someone in it. After the 3rd try, it was a halfway decent room but TV didn't work. At least the water was hot in shower and fairly clean. They might need to rethink the crew they have painting for the remodel... it's very sloppy work."

"This is an older hotel but was very clean, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Check in and check out was quick. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. It was very quiet. Next to a residential area and close to a medical facility as well as tourist attractions such as Old Courthouse Museum, Pettigrew House and the beautiful falls. Breakfast was typical simple breakfast but area was clean. Room had a refrigerator. Great value and would stay here again."

"Great Stay"

"The place was very dated, and had a very odd smell… like Windex and Chicken. I could deal with that, but starting at 10pm some homeboy decided to kick his bass up underneath my room window. That went almost all night. Not sure if it was an employee taking lots of smoke breaks or what, but I got little to no sleep. I also found hair all over the tub, so I didn’t use the shower. It made my drive the next day quite taxing."
