"It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

"The property is fine, close to the university on a residential street - safe area to walk around. Breakfast was good - restaurant was closed on Monday night so there was limited choice in the bar. I was in the annex. There were no restrictors on the window so I wouldn't leave it open at night. The room was chilly and the bathroom was quite dilapidated. The kitchenette was handy (cooker, fridge) and there was a little table to eat or work at. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot...

"What a beautiful place!! We stayed for two nights and was made to feel so welcome. We stayed in the room only "Eddie" and was perfect as we were out and about during the day.. Already planning of coming back for longer and staying in the other apartments."

"The mattress was the worse I’ve ever had in my life. It actually squeaked every time either of us moved. Extremely uncomfortable. For the very high price we paid, this is unacceptable. In addition to this they charged me for WiFi after I talked twice to the front desk and both tie they promised they would remove it."
