"We arrived in Dublin for my birthday. The next day while going to a birthday dinner, we were robbed by immigrants in Dublin. They stole my phone and my wallet. I had to make calls to cancel everything. It completely ruined our trip there we were with no money. and no credit cards the night manager was so kind. "Clean modern and stylish, everything in the room you would need. There was building work going on next door to the hotel, so unfortunately noisy and it may have been better for the staff to mention. Check in staff were lovely but the cafe and bar staff were not warm, welcoming or participating friendly, a smile helps a long way to give a better experience in a customer facing role. "

"Stay was good. Staff was very helpful. Good location near a lot of tour pick up and drop off, very walkable. Easy walk to DART. My main concern was that the tub/shower was difficult to maneuver. It is very high so almost fell trying to get out of tub and I have no mobility issues. Could be an issue for people with mobility issues and should be disclosed."

"The room was very clean and the hotel staff extremely accommodating, especially with dinner reservations. When we checked in, the kitchen wasn't serving food, so the manager had a concierge walk us to a sister hotel for lunch and they took care of our meal due to the inconvenience. It was a very nice gesture and was totally unexpected. The location is central to everything! Highly recommend staying here."

"Breakfast was delicious. Accommodations were nice. Staff members were helpful and professional. Located in the heart of downtown where a lot of bars and pubs are and the noise at night was pretty loud. I could hear it past midnight through the hotel room walls and windows. Ear plugs did not help. Other than that it was a nice day and if you’re into partying, it’s a great spot for you!"
