The staff couldn’t have been more polite, friendly & helpful. They are the true asset for this establishment. We opted for half board. The food was beautifully presented, extremely generous & delicious. The actual site was cosy, nestled in a small village, in a valley surrounded by mountains. Such a peaceful retreat - a balm to one’s spirit. "

The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."
