"Clean/convenient/ quiet"

"this place caters to guests with pets. the floor in our room hadn't been cleaned and pet hair stuck to our shoes and luggage, so when we went to visit family we carried the pet hair to their home, and it caused their allergies to flare up. After this happened, when we returned to the hotel, we asked for a mop to clean up the pet hair. They let us use a broom and dustpan! Two dustpans full of hair and dust. I took pictures. Unbelievable!"

"No Iron board, no hairdryer, terrible coffee machine at front desk, staff not courteous. Limited tv channels. Not many options in vending machine, no drinking water bottle, gym water dispenser broken."

"This is the first time I've stayed at a Drury that seemed very cheap. There was no lotion.... a hotel in the dry desert that doesn't have lotion as a basic amenity. No water in the room...I mean, there's always been two bottles of water. Breakfast was very basic. We didn't get the opportunity to get to the happy hour but I'm imagining we didn't miss much. "

"Any idea that this is a golf resort is bad marketing at best. I think I saw a golf course a couple of blocks away. The room was large, and the bed was wonderful (high and firm), the bathroom tiny, the water pressure poor. Our room balcony looked over a large parking lot. The common areas were inviting, modern and lively."

"The place is freshly updated. For an old one they did a decent job. Nice and clean and secure. No coffee pot really sucked. Also no hangers in closet. A good quiet place to sleep and be on your way. Comfy beds"

"This hotel has very limited parking, entrance is on the East side of building and usually no one at the counter. Staff were not friendly, in person and when I called before my stay to check for amenities I was told they don’t know and to call back when the manager was there. There is one elevator and four floors. They have a couple vending machines near the elevator on the first floor near the West side exit door. The floors were dirty. The elevator was dirty. The reservation was for two people, four days & three nights (our wedding weekend) and had one small squeeze bottle of shampoo and one bar of soap and dirty towels to use, yes they were folded stained. The bed is on a metal spring frame with no box spring and the mattress is very thin. The sheets had stained mascara on them and the pillowcases. The kitchenette was not equipped with pots/pans/dishware. All cabinets were empty. There is no breakfast of any kind other than a keurig machine in their check in lobby and the vending machines pop tarts. I would not recommend nor come back here for any reason especially since we paid $600 on Expedia for this. Have the amenities and professionalism if you’re going to charge this much. "
