"A very nice hotel in central location. Nice and modern and looks to have been refurbished recently. VERY friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast/selection. The only minor negatives I can give is the bed frame being squeaky (not great if one of you shifts around a lot in your sleep) and the pillows being comically thin."

"Location was perfect for walking and using Sbahn. Staff were very pleasant, and we were able to check in early upon arrival. There is a big construction project which is quite noisy during the day. Overall I would stay here again. Oh and don’t miss eating at the Italian restaurant right next to Maximillian, delicious"

"There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

Can’t recommend enough staying in Lehel if you don’t want to be amidst the insanely packed crowds but can easily walk or train to Marienplatz and be there in minutes. "This hotel was wonderful for our Munich stay. Literally steps from the Munich Ost train station it couldn't have been more convenient when arriving by train and leaving to the airport by S8. Clean, quiet, modern with friendly staff. Neighborhood has many great restaurants within walking distance. And they will sell you a public transport day pass ticket at the front desk for the tram that stops at the front door."
