It needs some TLC - some deck boards and railings are at end of life, as are some chairs. We stayed in the master suite and really liked the place. Water is crystal clear, master suite has the best fish viewing, owners are really friendly and eager to please, food and drinks are decent - fresh OJ for the tequila sunrise! The charging station at the reception is not a big...

"Great hosts, handy location. Nice clean rooms. Power outage and then burst pipes meant no hot showers during our stay, but given the heat and humidity, a cold plunge was actually quite refreshing. AC was working great once the power came back on. Good breakfast. "
