"I personally did not have a very good experience staying at this hotel. I called multiple times to ask questions about my check-in and didn’t get answered once. When I arrived in person to the lobby, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get attended because the receptionist was sitting in her car while there was two people waiting in line. Then on top of that, the room was very dirty, the edges of the bathroom were filthy, and there were crumbs in the AC, as if someone had been eating there. The smell of the room was very strong, as if people had been smoking cigarettes in it. I usually never complain, but to have paid so much money and received what I did, I am not happy with this experience. The pictures online are not what it really is, I felt scammed. If someone had at least answered the phone once I wouldn’t be writing this review, but it was one thing on top of the other. I hope you guys use this feedback as a way to make others experience here better."
