"Hotel is great clean and new and the breakfast was awesome. Good thing they have shuttles because you have to walk through the Queensbridge Projects from the nearest subway station and I would not encourage anyone to do that at night. The staff wasn’t specific with the shuttle schedule when I called and they had me on hold for 10 minutes. They didn’t tell me there was no pickup from the 21st St QB station. Only at Queensplaza. Al that being said I’d stay again."
