We enjoyed a delicious 4 course dinner on the evening of our arrival prepared and served by our host Mathew. This was our first visit to Melfort House and hopefully we will be back again soon."

"It’s a lovely little place just on the outskirts of Oban, hospitality was amazing. We was greeted when we pulled up. I will give a big shout out to the daughter and the son-in-law as they were looking after the premises for the owners. We walked Ben Nevis on Saturday and they provided a sandwich drink and a few crisps which was extremely helpful much better than a Tesco’s value meal deal. Also, we had a cooked breakfast on the Sunday morning which was lovely and not greasy, which is good. We...
