"The hotel is not what it claims to be. First of all, the hotel is categorized as a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel, which is also clearly displayed at the reception. I booked a Deluxe room, but I was initially given a Standard room on the 4th floor without any explanation. My first room was also not properly cleaned, and after checking it, the staff eventually had to agree. They did change my room without any problem, which I appreciated. However, changing the room did not solve the issues....

"The staff were great! For the price it really went above my expectations. The room was clean with a French balcony and bathroom had a rain shower. The room was a little small, had to turn the luggage sideways to get through but I am okay with that, only mentioning to people incase they feel crammed easily. I thought the hotel was wonderful! "First class hotel. Stayed 2 days and could have stayed longer. The rooms are 5 star, spotless and the staff maintained this at a very high level. The reception staff made our visit very easy . And the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good. Azize in reception and Kerem in dining room and Sergen were wonderful and thank you for a lovely experience. Well done to the Management here.
