The staff was very helpfull, i recomend this hotel to those who want to stay out of Istanbul croud, a taxi can take you to the Bazar if you want. Would also like to thank Saja the receptionist for his welcoming an friendly attitude

Good hotel
Friendly and helpful reception staff, rooms were cleans and functional, of good standard for Istanbul. Breakfast was limited in terms of choice and restaurant staff not very attentive. Location within easy walking for restaurants, Malls and Metro, but this is not a tourist area so be prepared to only find menus in Turkish.

AC system wasn’t working in this hotel. But stuff were hiding it and making people to live without the AC in their rooms. Everytime when i called about the AC problem they were telling the same thing “hotel has central system and it’s a n heat now” what??? This means i have to stay in hot room? This was my worst hotel experience in Istanbul ever.

Nice hotel, very large lobby. Good breakfast. Very clean. Nice balcony with the room, however it needed cleaning and the plants were all dying up there through lack of water. Good shopping mall nearby, metro is a short walk but otherwise this is not a great location. Room service finishes at 10pm which was frustrating after a long drive. Good hotel overall and it suited our needs.

Don’t believe there add. No indoor swimming pools
Booked this hotel because it advertises 2 indoor swimming pools and 2 out door pools. When I went to book in I was told that they only have one outdoor pool and it was closed. I cancelled my booking and did not stay there. How can they mislead there customers like this. 😡

Nice, clean, good a room upgrade but no life guards or signs next to pools which are extremely deep. Didn’t expect it and nearly drowned while everyone just looked on.

Bad location, highly overpriced
Hotel is well furnished newly build but the location is awful. If you don’t drive or a local resident, it’s useless only for local business trips it can be useful rather than that it’s not a good place to stay.

When I first booked this hotel, my expectation was just cleanliness and a gym presence. When I checked in, the first thing I noticed was an exceptionally professional and pleasant staff. Everyone including front desk, housekeeping and waiters , they all make you feel you are home. Great experience we had . Next time , I just wish they will improve the breakfast ( lunch and dinner menu and taste was great ) and the gym ( which is in the apartment complex ).

War alles bestens, wurde kostenlos und unaufgefordert upgegradet, hatte Zimmer mit Bslkon. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel ist Nichtraucherhotel, hält sich sber leider keinet daran, haben 3 Zimmer ausprobiert, aber leider ohne Erfolg.

Spacious rooms, nice hotel, in a quiet part of Istanbul. English is very limited with most staff members. Understandable since hotel is not near the touristy area of the city, but I wished they knew their own room service menu better since it is offered in English.

Perfect business hotel
Perfect hotel - well managed, comfortable, great breakfast and in ideal location for the businesszone of Istanbul, with fancy shopping centre 15 mins walk away. Not for holiday makers looking for cultural activities or historic sites.

Good hotel next to industrial district
This hotel is by Mr. Trump of Turkey, Mr Agaoglu, however this is not one of 5-star Trump hotels. I chose this hotel because it was closest to an industrial district, where I had an appointment in the morning, a key factor given the traffic in Istanbul. Otherwise, this hotel is away from most points of interest and you may have better options elsewhere if you are on leisure trip. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. This hotel can be a good choice for business travelers. My single most disappointment, hence my 3-star rating, was because the fitness center/healtclub was open only between 7:30 am to 9 pm. Hello? We are business travelers/professionals and we do have work during daytime. We need time to take shower after fitness hours and before work hours. Who would use the fitness center during daytime?
