Quality price for the room did not match the first day I had no hot water after the bathroom door knob did not work after it was not so clean worse under the bed was sucio había mucho ruido del exterior ... Really for the price that is not cheap it is not convenient they could improve.Thanks

Good choice

Our staying in Taksim Nacre Residence was quite good. The guys in reception were amazing, very polite and helpful. We stayed there for 6 days and we paid about 250€ (it was a good price if you think that we booked on last minute). First three days we stayed in -2, the room though was full of light, a little bit small but we hadn't any problem with this. The other days, the guys put us into a wonderful room in the second floor that we loved it. We loved it a lot the fact that we had hot water all day and very strong air condition. The hotel is almost five minutes walking from Taksim square, but you have to climb an uphill or some stairs, it's ok though, you do some gym ;-) ;-) Something that the owner should be more careful is the cleaning of the rooms. I noticed some small things that i didn't like so much. I think the cleaning lady of the hotel isn't so good and she should have to be more thorough with the cleaning of the rooms. In total our staying was good and in the future i believe that i will choose again this hotel.

Общее состояние отеля неплохое, персонал не слышно ни видно. Минус-нет лифта, подниматься на 4 этаж с чемоданом, огромная проблема, тк ширина лестницы помещает только 1 худого человека. Самый большой минус-это расположение, очень шумно ночью и ранним утром, тк находится на перекрёстке с площадью Таксим, и именно на этом перекрёстке ТОЧКА «девушек легкого поведения», плюс в этом районе проживают самые бедные слои населения и возвращаться поздним вечером страшно. Хозяин веселый, доброжелательный, персонал говорит на англ, русском. На 1-2 дня можно остановиться))

Room price did not match with room that I was given. Bathroom did not have shampoo, shower gel, working hair dryer, hotel staff did not provide these after asking. Breakfast place on 5th floor is not what I expected, or saw on pictures. On other days I skipped my breakfasts. The view was not very pleasant.

Einfach nur ekelhaft!!!

Ich habe dieses Hotel für 8 Tage gebucht. In den Zimmern, die uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurden waren überall Kakerlaken!!! Alles voller dreck, stinkt. Unfreundliche Chefin und Mitarbeiter. Wir standen 1 Stunde vor geschlossenen Türen, weil ein Mitarbeiter meinte während seiner Schicht schlafen zu müssen!!! Hotelfremde können einfach in das Hotel, weil die das Passwort kennen, mir dem man die Türen entriegeln können. Bitte bitte Bucht dieses Hotel nicht!!!!

Gayet iyi.

Otel odası gayet temiz ve havası iyidi. Herşey temiz ve çalışır durumda. Banyo temiz ama biraz ufak bu da normal fiyatına göre. Odada bir iki ikram bulunması güzel. Konumu güzel ama bulunduğu ortam cadde çok hoş değil. Ama bu çok da etkilemiyor.

Apartmanın konumu iyi değil, kaliteli bi sokakta değil. Resepsiyondakiler tatlı ama parasını ödeyip rez yapmamıza rağmen 15 dakika beklettiler kapıda. Onun dışında bi sorun yoktu.

Nice Hotel near Taksim square

Great room for the price. Perfect for a couple. Great view, specially on the rooftop patio for the included excellent full and turkish breakfast. 5 minute walk to Taksim Square and İstiklal Avenue. I'll go back there anytime.

Reasonable price and service

Room was clean although there was a general smoke-y smell, maybe previous guests were smoking in the bathroom, hard to tell. The location is good for taksim area, the street is not very touristy with many local food shops. Hotel staff was very nice, especially the breakfast lady. We were staying there for a week and having the same breakfast plate every morning was slightly irritating though... Sometimes (not for too long) the electricity or water would cut off and we were told that it was a problem of the whole area. Also wi-fi was a coming and going and some devices (we had smartphones, tablets and a laptop) wouldn't connect for no apparent reason. Nice thing was that the towels were changed every day, our tea box and toiletries were refilled daily. Overall I would say 4/5. Reasonable price and location, nothing too fancy and good for a budget trip.

Great little find in Istanbul

The Nacre suited us perfectly for its central location & ease of access to Taksim Square with Metro & Funnicular on the doorstep. We were especially impressed with the friendly helpfulness of Ibrahim on the front desk: he met absolutely every request with a positive attitude and a smile. The street provides plenty of 'real' Istanbul culture - including street dancing during our stay. Breakfast was less than lavish and the call to prayer was close enough to ensure that early risers could see the dawn in.

It's a good hotel for those looking for a cheap place to stay. The only problem is the neighbourhood, it seems like people do not sleep until early morning. Children keep playing on the streets until 1 AM !! If you can sleep in a noisy environment then I would recommend it.
