"The room was infested with pests: cockroaches, ants and bed bugs. We saw 3 during our first night at the bathtub, toilet (flying erratically) and at the main room vanity table. My son had bites when he woke up during our first night, and our food always have ants crawling if we miss putting it in the ref. The staff aren't so helpful with our needs such as room service, toiletries re-fill (we asked for a roll of toilet paper twice but were not given) even though the property is not fully booked,...

My only comment would be that the pool area is quite small with only a few deckchairs. Often there was nowhere to sit and if there were available seats they weren’t in the shade (much needed in the Seville heat!)."

The rooftop bar was very popular and had a great atmosphere ( often very busy ), but as guests we were always given a prime table .
