The air condition in my room was not working and she said because I booked with Expedia she can not give me other room that match my reservation. "Great location, 2-minute walk to Ithaca Commons, 5 minute drive to Cornell University. Rooms are clean, hotel is well maintained. Free parking available 2 complains: 1. no hot tub, only pool and the water is a bit cold (even though it's scorching outside) 2. security is a bit lax. side doors and elevator have card readers but guests are not required to use them even late at night."
