"This hotel is located in a suburb area of San Sebastián but the fact two major bus lines run through the hotel you can take one bus directly to old town or the bus/train station without switching buses . The staff at the lobby cafe is amazing . Eukene made me the most delicious cafe con leche . The hotel breakfast was delicious too . Will be back here next time in San Sebastián . Thank you"

"My first complaint is with the quality of beds , they are the cheapest kind, the hotel tried to address my complaint by putting a mattress topper on but it just made it worse. Secondly the towels that were given to us were stained with dried blood , not good by any standard ! The breakfast is great if you’re wanting a cold fruit and a bit of cake, but for £24 I’d expect something hot other than eggs .
