"Great place to stay "

"The condition of the property’s parking lot was extremely disappointing. It appears to be undergoing construction, but there is no clear organization or guidance on where to park. Even the designated IHG member spaces were chaotic and difficult to access. Upon arrival, it took several minutes for anyone at the front desk to acknowledge me—despite the clear sound of me saying “excuse me.” The front desk associate was visibly occupied watching something on her phone in the back room. "Way, way, way, over priced for a fishing camp hotel. Price gouging at its best! Terrible location, congested bad. If the price would have been $75.00 a night I would be a little nicer. Sorry not $335 a night because of a concert in town."

"This hotel was “functional” inexpensive and comfortable but very dated. I feel like this hotel stuck 25 years in the past. If you’re seeing a show at MAC it is in the parking lot making it very convenient. Breakfast was basic and coffee was mediocre. Bed was VERY comfortable. Staff was friendly but we didn’t need anything from them. Bring your own toiletries. "

"Convenient and affordable. Great experience and value when you consider the cost. It was a fraction of the price of any of the hotels in the area and it served as a great place to shower and rest on a work trip. Water was hot, fridge was cold. Don’t expect anything fancy and you won’t be disappointed. The ladies in the office were also super friendly."

"The exterior looks borderline terrible, but the room was in good condition. The staff was clearly the best part of my stay by a long shot. They were helpful and very accommodating. Went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. "

"Clean room and great staff, but wasn’t told pool was closed for remodel until guests asked about it. Then we were on top floor and wasn’t notified that the only elevator had quit working…wouldn’t be a big deal except I’m in a walking boot."

"I was woken up at little past midnight to being bitten by a bed bug. I informed the front desk immediately. The man at the counter was apologetic but could not help me in other way except to offer to place my clothes in a dryer. I left immediately!! Had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in Kentucky. It was a horrible experience!"
