"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). Metro is not far away either. The cons were the cleanliness of the hotel, which was far from satisfactory, and the fact that there is no parking, despite hotel’s claims that it has free parking. We had to leave our car in the streets near the hotel. "
